The level of knowledge that Kevin has of the sport of boxing and boxing training is second to none. I attended Kevin's boxing fit classes back in 2011/2012 in Derry, Ireland, and it was the best training classes I ever attended. He is a great teacher who pays a lot of detail to boxing technique, stance, and cardiovascular fitness. Plus, he adds his own unique flair, personality and fun to his sessions.
